The identity of the deceased is yet to be established while the injured ones were receiving treatment at a health facility in Sandhikharka, according to the District Police Office, Arghakhanchi.

The incident took place when the Butwal-bound jeep (Lu 1 Cha 6766) coming from Gulmi district suddenly plunged some 100 metres off the road near the Jagat Dadh River, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Ek Narayan Koirala.
