Urlabari (Morang), Nov 15: The District Court Morang on Monday extended the custody of five persons involved in the grisly murder of 19 – year – old Ankit Dahal of Biratnagar – 6 for further legal action.

The bench led by Justice Prakash Raut issued the order to extend the custody for further action, District Court’s Registrar, Navaraj Dulal said.
Dahal was killed on October 14 and his mutilated body found in a paddy field. The murderers had tied his hands and legs with ropes and hacked him with a sharp weapon in his abdomen and throat.

Morang police have arrested Ful Kumari Urau, 18, Yuvraj Pariyar, 20, Sukadev Urau, 17, Suraj Urau, 22 and Sarjan Kharel, 17, of Biratnagar – 5. They have confessed to killing Dahal in a premeditated murder plan in revenge for not letting them have cigarettes and contraband drugs. RSS
