The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the company to issue the ordinary share.

Prior to this, the company was given permission to allocate 10 percent of its total share to the locals. Now, the company is allocating 15 per cent of the share to ordinary people.

NIBL Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the share Issue and Sales Manager.

The company is the developer of the Lower Modi Khola Hydroelectric Project based in Parbat district and also preparing to develop Upper Modi Khola Hydroelectric Project -2. RSS
