The bomb exploded at around 3 am in front of the residence of RPP leader Madhav Khatri, near the Kathmandu Medical College, Khatri said.

Eight windowpanes in Khatri’s house were shattered while four windows developed cracks in another house belonging to Pushpa Pradhananga when the bomb went off, Metropolitan Police Circle, Thimi said.
