Will leave government only after holding parliamentary election: PM Oli

Kathmandu, April 8: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that he would leave the government only after holding the parliamentary election within the next two years.

Inaugurating the sixth conference of the All Nepal Peasants’ Federation here today, PM Oli added that the government after defending the national independence in a difficult scenario immediately lunged itself into the rapid of economic development.

He also declared of introducing more development projects in the next budget and expediting programmes that include ‘Build your own village’.

The PM, who is also the CPN (UML) Chairman, reiterated his party’s important role in constitution making and claimed the incumbent government has spearheaded the country into a new phase of international relations.

The government was moving ahead with preparations to make the country self-dependent on food commodities within a year, PM Oli asserted while calling on the activists to work to that end.

UML’s senior leader Jhalanath Khanal, leader Madhav Kumar Nepal and General Secretary, Ishwor Pokharel, were also present on the occasion. RSS
